By integrating a high-precision multihead weigher with a fully automatic canning/bottling production line, we offer a complete container filling solution. This system automates the entire process, from weighing and filling to capping, and is widely used in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Product Feeding & Transport: Products are transported to the storage hopper above the multihead weigher using equipment like Z-type elevators, ensuring a continuous and stable supply of materials.
Precise Weighing by Multihead Weigher: The multihead weigher uses multiple weighing hoppers and a high-speed combination algorithm to precisely weigh the product to the target weight in a very short time.
Automatic Container Infeed: Cans or bottles are automatically fed into the filling area via a bottle unscrambler or conveyor, and are precisely positioned under the discharge chute by a locating device.
Discharging & Filling: Once the container is in place, the multihead weigher immediately opens the discharge hopper to accurately and precisely deposit the weighed product into the container.
Capping & Output: The filled containers are then sent to an automatic capping or sealing machine for sealing, and then to the next process, such as labeling and boxing, via a finished product conveyor belt.
