TheZHC Automatic Cartoning Machine is a state-of-the-art system integrating optical, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical technologies. It is designed for automated packaging of bottles—pharmaceuticals,cosmetics,food,health products, and similar bottled items into cartons . This fully automated system efficiently handles product transfer,leaflet folding,carton opening,peoduct loading,and carton sealing, including printing batch numbers and sealing the carton ends.

Built with premium stainless steel housing and organic glass doors, the ZHC machine strictly complies with GM standards , ensuring both product safety and operator protection. The machine includes overload protection,emergency stop, and an intuitive HMI (Human-Machine Interface)for easy operation.

Product & Leaflet Transport
- Bottles are conveyed to the loading station.
- Leaflets are automatically folded (1–4 folds) and transported.
Carton Opening & Loading
- Cartons are automatically opened and positioned.
- Bottles along with folded leaflets are loaded into cartons simultaneously.
Carton Sealing & Batch Printing
- Automatic batch number printing.
- Ends of the carton are sealed.
- Real-time detection ensures only conforming cartons proceed.
Safety & Monitoring
- Light curtains and optical sensors monitor operations.
- Machine stops automatically if an anomaly or overload occurs.
- HMI displays speed, counts, and alerts for immediate troubleshooting.
