The TB Series Multi-Functional Labeling Machines are designed for accurate, high-speed labeling of various shapes, including round, square, and flat-square products. Ideal for single or double labeling applications, these machines combine stable bottle handling with precise label application, enhancing production efficiency and product presentation.

1️⃣ Product Feeding

Products are placed on the conveyor and move steadily through the labeling machine.

TB-3A & TB-3B use clamping and top-press mechanismsto ensure bottles or containers remain stable during transport.
Suitable for round, square, and flat-square shapes.

2️⃣ Label Application

Single Label (TB-3A): The machine precisely applies one label per product.
Single or Double Label (TB-3B): TB-3B can apply one or two labels as required.
Wrap-around labels use a special pressure device to ensure smooth, wrinkle-free adhesion.

3️⃣ Wrap-Around & Pressing

After initial label application, products pass through the wrap-around station where the label is pressed and smoothed onto the product surface.
This ensures a professional finish and secure attachment, even for irregular-shaped containers.

4️⃣ Discharge / Collection

Labeled products exit the machine via the conveyor, ready for packing or further processing.
The system maintains high speed and consistent quality, up to 120 bottles per minute.

5️⃣ Optional Integration

Can be integrated into automated production lines with pillow or shrink packaging machines for complete end-to - end packaging solutions.
