From November 17 to 19, 2024, the 65th National Pharmaceutical Machinery Expo was grandly held at the Xiamen International Expo Center, and tens of thousands of industry colleagues gathered in Xiamen
Hengli Packaging brought bottling production lines/ultra-high-speed counting machines/multi-variety mixed nutrition packaging bags/counting bottling machines (circulating tracks/box opening and sealing machines/visual inspection systems/conveying systems, etc.) to the pharmaceutical industry at this exhibition.

1. Bottling production line
It can perfectly adapt to the automatic bottling and packaging of various tablets and capsules, meeting the packaging needs of many pharmaceutical companies. The labeling equipment is all from the Hema labeling machine imported from Germany, and the labeling speed can reach 200-300 bottles/minute.
2.Ultra-high speed counting machine
This equipment is suitable for counting and packaging medicines of various sizes, shapes and materials (mainly plain tablets, soft and hard capsules, sugar-coated tablets, special-shaped tablets and pills). When the capsules for the test machine are sent onto the track, with the support of professional technology, the photoelectric eye detection device can clearly and accurately identify the medicines and count the pills quickly.
3. Counting bottle filling machine (circulating track)
It is suitable for bottling and packaging of various medicines. It can operate continuously with high production capacity and greatly improve production efficiency. It is the preferred machine for pharmaceutical companies.
4.Multi-variety mixed counting bagging machine
Multi-variety mixed counting bagging machine is suitable for mixed bagging of various different medicines.
5.Unpacking and packing machine
At this exhibition, we not only brought equipment for packaging medicines, but also brought automated equipment for the subsequent processes, such as the integrated carton opening, packing and sealing machine in the picture above. It greatly saves the labor demand in pharmaceutical workshops. From automatic bottling of medicines to product cartoning, sealing and palletizing, the intelligent assembly line has helped companies greatly improve production efficiency and the stability of product quality.
