HENGLI PACK Scores Big: International Deals and Innovation Awards

Autumn has been an exciting season for HENGLI PACK. We’ve had some major breakthroughs in both international expansion and technological innovation, showing the world the strength of Chinese smart manufacturing in the automated packaging industry.

1. Partnering with Uzbekistan – A Sweet New Chapter
On November 15th, we officially teamed up with a leading food company in Uzbekistan to launch an automated chocolate bar boxing project. This collaboration opens a brand-new chapter for international cooperation in automated packaging.

                                                                              

We’ve already accumulated extensive experience in automated boxing and cartoning. Take our recent smart open-carton and packing machine as an example: this fully automated production line handles everything from canned milk powder to finished cartons, boosting efficiency while ensuring products remain intact thanks to precise visual positioning and robotic handling.

                                                     

                                                 

 

The success of such projects laid a solid foundation for taking on the chocolate bar boxing project. Our project team is now fully focused on designing and optimizing technical solutions. With over 20 years of experience in automated packaging, we’re confident in delivering a stable, high-efficiency, and flexible smart packaging line for our clients.

2. Innovation Recognized – Award-Winning Equipment
Also on November 15th, our independently developed Micro Pellet Vacuum Vision Counting Machine won prestigious awards, including the Jiangsu Province Key Technology Promotion and Application recognition and the China Pharmaceutical Equipment Association Science & Technology Innovation Award.

                             

   
In the pharmaceutical packaging field, filling small Chinese herbal medicine pellets has long been challenging due to stickiness, static electricity, and narrow bottle openings. Our R&D team tackled these issues head-on. The Micro Pellet Vacuum Vision Counting Machine solves these problems with three core advantages:

• Problem-Solving Power: Combines vacuum adsorption with visual detection to prevent sticking and miscounting, even in small-mouth bottles, filling a gap in industry technology.

• High Compatibility: Works with a variety of uniquely shaped bottles and diverse filling requirements.

• Efficiency & Quality: Achieves up to 150 bottles per minute, well above the industry average, while visual inspection ensures high product quality and minimal defects.
