Recently, our factory has welcomed a steady stream of clients visiting to tour the facility and inspect machines. Under the sunny skies of Nantong, we had the pleasure of hosting a client from Uganda working in the medical device industry. Upon learning that we offer advanced automated equipment capable of efficiently and accurately packaging vacuum blood collection tubes, they traveled thousands of miles to visit our company for an on-site evaluation.
Our equipment boasts high levels of automation and precision, capable of accurately and quickly counting vacuum blood collection tubes. It ensures that the quantity and positioning of the products within each packaging unit are correct.
We are also able to customize production lines according to our clients' specific needs, offering full automation from counting and boxing to sealing and labeling. In addition, a globally renowned dairy and beverage manufacturer that has previously worked with us has come back to place another order for our strip packaging machine.
The newly debugged strip packaging machine features dual conveyor belts, easily handling large-scale market demands. It offers more precise counting, faster speeds, and the ability to identify different sizes of strip packaging, ensuring accurate counts. The adjustable feeding port also reduces material overlap in the strip packaging process.
At the same time, we have ventured into the home textile industry. The company we are collaborating with is internationally renowned for its home brand. They approached us with a request to develop an intelligent latex pillow packaging machine.
In response, we provided them with a tailored packaging solution. Our equipment integrates advanced robotic technologies, with robotic arms autonomously opening boxes, placing pillows inside, and folding the boxes — all without the need for manual operation.
